“Well I’m a stranger here on this place called Earth”… That was a pop radio hit in the 1970’s, especially in Canada, by a group called The Five Man Electrical Band.
In the song a visiting alien disdainfully looks around planet Earth and decides to cut his visit short. Probably not too many people know about it. But they may have heard the song “Signs” by the same band.

Anyhow, I’m not really sure why I mentioned that. Other to lead into the idea that if something strange really is going on at Roswell, not too many people know about that either.
