Human Consciousness In the Universe –“Its Role is Like Spacetime Before the Invention of General Relativity”

Is it possible to introduce a “space of elements of consciousness,” and investigate a possibility that consciousness may exist by itself, even in the absence of matter…?

Comment – Seems like an old idea modified by a scientific worldview.

Soul? Souls? Spirit? Spirits?

  1. Very nice article and link, reminds me of the age old debate between materialism and idealism. From ancient Greece, to the implications of the many double-blind particle/wave slit experiments that show that idealism is not just some archaic model of existence. Our direct observance on the physical state of the universe really does affect things. That’s why I’m such a devout agnostic so to speak as there’s still plenty out there we need to figure out before we can lay claim to the fundamental nature of the universe, or heck, even multiverse.
